5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, recurring retainers, or subscriptions.
Late payments may result in paused work or restricted access.
6. REFUND POLICY
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all payments are non-refundable. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Clients receive ownership of finalized deliverables after full payment. MetaSora retains ownership of internal systems, AI architectures, and proprietary tools.
11. AI & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER
AI systems may produce inaccurate results and require monitoring. MetaSora does not guarantee perfect automation or revenue results.
